By offering you a variety of counseling methods including, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Positive Psychology, Mindfulness, Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, and many Expressive Therapy approaches, I will help you begin experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life. My assistant is Lucy the Doodle Dog, a certified pet therapy dog.
I also provide Coaching services using positive and creative means. You can make friends with you in a fun and playful way.
